This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of the Services. It is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses ayiti.com, the Ayiti app, or any other service we operate.
1. Scope

- Publish another person’s private or identifying information without their consent (doxing);
- Post sexually explicit content, content sexualizing minors, or content depicting graphic violence other than for legitimate news or safety purposes;
- Use the Services to facilitate illegal activity, including human trafficking, weapons or drug trafficking, fraud, or money laundering;

4. Rules for Community Reports

- Do not include personally identifying information about other people unless it is necessary to the report and consistent with the rules above.
- Do not submit duplicate reports designed to amplify a signal.
- Do not submit reports for the purpose of inciting panic or targeting individuals or businesses.
5. Rules for the National Phonebook
- Submit only organizations and services you are authorized to list, or that you can verify from public sources.
- Keep listings current; remove or update entries that are no longer accurate.
- Do not submit listings for illegal services or services that would violate this AUP.
6. Rules for the Liv companion
- Do not try to coerce the model into producing prohibited content.
- Do not use the companion to generate content that violates this AUP.
- Do not represent the companion’s outputs as professional advice or as statements of Nouvèl Ayiti Corporation.
7. Automation, scraping, and security testing
Automated access (including crawlers, bots, and AI agents) requires our prior written permission, except for well-behaved indexing by major search engines that follow our robots directives. Bulk extraction of data is prohibited without a written agreement. Security research is welcome through coordinated disclosure: email alo@ayiti.org with details. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, do not degrade the Services, and do not exfiltrate personal information.
8. Reporting violations
To report a violation of this AUP, email alo@ayiti.org with a description, links or screenshots, and your contact information. We treat all reports confidentially to the extent reasonably possible.
9. Enforcement
We may, in our discretion, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, throttle or restrict access, refer matters to law enforcement, and pursue any other remedy available under law for violations of this AUP. Enforcement decisions are not appealable except where required by law; we will, however, consider written appeals submitted in good faith to alo@ayiti.org.
