All information made available through the Services — including the Safety map, Community Reports, the National Phonebook, the handbook, and the Livcompanion — is provided for general informational purposes. It may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You should independently verify anything you intend to rely on, especially in time-sensitive or safety-critical situations.
2. Not an emergency service
The Services do not connect you to emergency dispatchers, do not guarantee response by any authority, and do not push real-time alerts in the way a national early-warning system does. Do not rely on the Services as your sole source of safety information.
3. Community Reports are crowd-sourced
Community Reports reflect what users say they observed at a specific place and time. They are aggregated to reduce the effect of any single report, but we do not verify individual reports for truthfulness. A red shading on the Safety map indicates the density of recent reports, not an official advisory.
4. AI outputs
The Liv Nouvèl Ayiti companion uses automated language models. Its outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date and should not be relied upon for safety, legal, financial, medical, or other important decisions without independent verification.
5. No professional advice
Nothing on the Services is legal, medical, financial, tax, immigration, or other professional advice. The Services do not create any professional relationship between you and Nouvèl Ayiti Corporation or any contributor. Consult a qualified professional licensed in your jurisdiction before acting on anything you read here.
